Christmas Market

I had friends in Europe visiting Christmas markets over the holidays and I was jonesing for something like that, so I did some googling. And apparently there is a Christmas market by the Portrait Gallery in DC every year??? Somehow I did not know this. So Doug and I took the 3 week old baby in and met Gloria for lunch. It was super fun and we’ll have to do it again next year.

These donuts were really good.

Also, apparently the Portrait Gallery has this lovely atrium that you can bring food into. It was really pretty and we ate our empanadas, purchased from a booth at the market, here.

I took a group selfie, but it didn’t turn out very well. But we were all there, I swear.

Damn, she is so tiny here. She’s 5 months old now.

After the market, we walked over to the Air & Space museum because they had some Star Wars costumes on display. I’ll post those separately.
