Colorado/Albuquerque trip: Day 5, Balloon Fiesta again!

On our second day of the Balloon Fiesta (a Tuesday) we drove in again and that worked out fine. The weather looked far more promising and indeed balloons started filling up after the Dawn Patrol. The yellow Rainbow Rider balloons were ones people could make a reservation to get a ride in. Note for next time! Since the wind was slower, the competition portion was slower. So this day felt more intense for a shorter period of time.

Here are some video highlights:

Today the wind was coming from the totally opposite direction and it wasn’t as fast, so balloons drifted away much slower, and in the direction which the had come from the day before.
